Hey guys!
I can't tell you guys how excited I am to be at Baylor and I hope you guys had an awesome summer!
Besides getting my wisdom teeth out, my summer was pretty low key so I was ecstatic for band to start.
Pre- Season week was amazingly amazing and I want to tell you guys all about it!
I didn't realize how much of a change it would be to go from being a new member to being a vet (and leadership) in golden wave. My week was jammed packed between my duties between my family, Tau Beta, and band. The first two days of band week were a huge adjustment for me because as a sophomore in leadership you don't want to overstep your boundaries. After having a really great talk with Christina( MY BIGGGGG) I felt great about where I stood with my section and the rest of the band. It's really easy to be overwhelmed and I'm so lucky that I have a great support system in my sisters so that way it's just as easy to pull myself out of that position where I feel I can't breathe.
Now that school has started, I'm looking forward to using some of the time management skills that I learned last semester! I can't wait to see what Tau Beta Sigma, BUGWB, and of course school has to offer this semester!
