CIAO! It’s Niketa aka Flik from the Mouseketeers. It should be known that I am super tired. Why am I super tired? Well when I first started at Baylor and I was a tiny wittle freshman, I was a psychology major. For some reason, I thought that would work out. NEWS FLASH…. It SUCKED. Turns out, you should have some sort of affinity for people in the field of psychology so like yeah. So then I was all like, “I love GOD, I SHOULD BE A RELIGION MAJOR, but then I took Interpreting the Old Testament, that was cool depressing. I didn’t know that a class about God could come straight from hell. After floating around in Limbo, better known as being unmotivated undecided, I decided that I AM GOOD AT TALKIN’ , LET ME BE A COMMUNICATIONS MAJOR. Comm Studies and I are lowkey a match made in heaven [lowkey insert heart-eyes emoji]. Unfortunately, all my flip-floppin, frog-hoppin between majors has left me in quite the predicament because I have a lot of ground to make up, so for the time in forever (NOTHING’S IN MY WAYYYYYY), I am taking 18 whole hours. I also have one whole job, and one whole band enrollment, and that my friends is why I am super tired. Fortunately for me, I have a really awesome new roommate who walks on my back sometimes when she doesn’t thing she is going to break it. I also have the greatest sisters in the world who all make sure that I balance all of my really sad work with really happy fun. I also got my eyebrows done, that doesn’t really go with the rest of this blog post, but yes. I LOVE GINNIFER GOODWIN. My teacher said I don’t do conclusions too good. Bye.

Hey :D This is Marina aka Paprika from the Spice Girls (SP 2014)! A lot of new exciting things are going on in my life right now! The past weekend we had our first home game against Lamar. Baylor won 66 to 31! Here is a picture of Alina and me during the game! <3 One of my favorite things at games is at the end when we play That Good Old Baylor Line while the Football team sings along. Its memories like these that I will take with me wherever I may roam… Some other new things in my life are that I’m living with Katie! (Juniper from SP 2014) It’s one of the best things about this year- living with my best friend. ALSO when you walk out our backdoor you can see Edge Field where we have practice for band which is very convenient. She likes to make fries and wings a lot, which is my favorite part! <3 During Preseason for band we had a min-con together. Min-con is where vets from band introduce a group of freshman to Waco. We took them to local restaurants and taught them all the essentials of the Golden Wave Band! Here is a picture of our Min-Con, or what they liked to call it “Chill-Con” at lunch one day! ALSO! The most exciting news is that my parents moved to KELLER TEXAS! If you don’t already know I’m from Alaska so this is a big change! I’m really excited that they’re closer now and will be able to come see us perform at games! Here is a picture of their new house! MLITB!
