I’m Emily Hudson and I am the Concessions Manager (or ConMan) for Tau Beta. I was also the ConMan all last year so I think I’ve got this office down to a tee :)

I’m a senior Speech Pathology major with a minor in ASL Interpreting. I crossed with Serendipity in Spring of 2010 (and I love them all so much!).
So as everyone in Iota and Beta Alpha knows, I’m pretty particular about how I like my candy set up. But I think its important to make the candy and drinks appealing to the eye! :)

This year I am replacing those AWFUL huge green wooden display things with light plastic bins. We don’t use the wooden displays to display the candy anymore and they are WAY too heavy to carry the candy from the closet to the booths. It’s silly of us to keep them! I told the K Psi’s we might even have a commemorative bonfire with them. Wouldn’t that be fun to have a mini-Homecoming bonfire with the alumni?
I have also ordered nicer tip jars for the booths. People seem to really enjoy our customer service AND it’s for a good cause – FOR GREATER BANDS!
I am looking forward to another awesome year as the Iota ConMan. I love this office!
